2022年获浙江省杰出青年科学基金资助,2017年入选海洋二所青年英才计划,科技部重点领域“近海生态环境监测与预测”创新团队核心成员,中国海洋湖沼学会水环境分会理事。主持国家自然科学基金项目(3项)、国家重点研发计划子课题、国家海洋局青年基金重点项目、浙江省自然科学基金、浙江省尖兵研发计划课题等项目,作为主要学术骨干参与973课题、NSFC-浙江省两化融合联合基金、海洋公益性行业科研专项和国家专项等。在Water Research、JGR-Oceans等期刊发表学术论文70余篇,其中第一或通讯作者SCI论文26篇,参编中、英文专著4部,获浙江省自然资源科学技术奖一等奖(排名第1)、海洋工程科学技术奖二等奖(排名第1)、海洋科学技术奖二等奖(排名第5)和国家海洋局海洋创新成果奖二等奖(排名第5)等奖项。

研究兴趣包括不同体系(河流、河口、海湾、陆架)浮游植物的时空格局与演变机制、近海生态修复及其效果监测与评估、近海浮游食物网结构对富营养化与变暖的响应、大洋浮游植物多样性与生物地理分布、边缘海与邻近大洋固氮生物多样性及其固氮固碳作用等。
